Community Housing Alliance (CHA) is a faith-rooted community housing initiative that provides safe, structured shared housing for high-functioning adults, veterans, seniors, re-entry citizens, and adults with mild behavioral or mental health challenges. Our model combines trauma-informed housing support, community-based case management, and access to financial, health, and decision-making coaching.
Community Housing Alliance exists to address South Bend's growing crisis of housing instability and displacement among underserved populations. We believe in the restorative power of dignified housing combined with structured coaching, spiritual support, and economic empowerment.
